Our company is one of leading construction companies & throughout 78 years constructed national projects in Egypt(most important : the High Dam) such as Electric Power Stations, Grain Silos, Sewage Treatment Plants, Potable Water Purification Plant, Ground Reservoirs, Elevated Water Tanks, Spinning & Weaving Factories all over Egypt.

In addition, Cement Factories, various Factories, Roads, Highway Bridges & Tunnels. Furthermore, Phases of greater Cairo Ring Road, Sports buildings, Swimming Pools, Marine Structure, Public Buildings, Schools, Institutes, Universities, Tourist Villages, Hotels & Courts.

Our Company Carried out Several Projects in: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Emirates, Iraq, Oman, Libya, Sudan, Ethiopia & Djibouti.

Misr Concrete Development Company owns different kinds of factories to produce cement bricks, tiles & concrete products factories as well as carpentry, metal & aluminium workshops. We produce & sell ready mix concrete through Meet Ghamr, 10th of Ramadan plants.

The design & engineering consultancy sector is carrying out planning, design, revision & technical examinations.

Company Objectives:

* Plan for the next 5 years to reach a volume of work of 3500 Million EGP.

* Focus on good tenders and fast reimbursements, fast completion and deliver of projects.

* Solve debt problems with social insurance, taxes, banks& others by paying part of those debts and by the commitment of the Holding Company for Construction and Development to contribute in reimbursement.

* Reevaluation of company's assets with a book value less than market value, as a way to reduce the deficiency and improve the net equity.

* Carry on developing ready mix concrete plants to compete with others.

* Employment of young engineers and technical staff to compensate the high average age of workers and the large number of retired persons, training of human resources and increase of salaries.

* Fast following up of all claims cases in Egypt or abroad, increase the volume of work of Sudan, Ethiopia branches.
